- Who is the Holy Spirit? The 3rd person in the Trinity, God, and spirit that abides in us.

- Position Defined: Our position influences the effectiveness of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

- Position of Heart: Psalm 119:11 – Hiding God’s word in our hearts to please Him.

- Position of Mindset: Psalm 119:105 – Seeking and following God’s plans.

- Positon of Relationship: Psalm 139:1-18, 23-24 – Building an intimate relationship through quality time and adversity.

- Position of Meditation: Joshua 1:6-9 – Pondering God’s instructions with intent to practice.

- Position of Practice/Obedience: Psalm 143:10 – Walking out God’s teachings and trusting His paths.

**Key Insight**: Let’s position ourselves for the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in our lives by falling in love with God's word, seeking His plans, building a deep relationship, meditating on His instructions, and obeying. Remember it is a process.

Struggling with insecurities? Here's how to overcome:

1. **See Yourself Through God's Eyes:** Insecurity fades when you view yourself as God does. Build a new, positive reputation with yourself.

2. **Think Positive Thoughts:** Constantly re-train your mind to focus on good things about yourself.

3. **Surround Yourself with Positive People:** Spend time with secure friends and leaders who celebrate and challenge you to grow.

If you struggle with insecurity, worry, or anxiety, these verses can help you every day:

📖 **Philippians 4:4-9**:

- v.4: Rejoice and have joy daily.

- v.5: Be gentle to everyone, regardless of their actions.

- v.6-7: Pray for God's peace to guard your heart and mind.

- v.8: Focus on what is true, noble, right, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.

- v.9: Practice being like God, and the God of peace will be with you.

Tonight, we continued our series *Life Lesson: A Long Obedience in the Same Direction*. She shared her powerful journey to faith, from not growing up in church to saying yes to God and heading to the mission field. We had an amazing conversation about trusting God in the small things and meeting people where they are. It's all about caring for the person, not just sharing the gospel. Building relationships, being vulnerable, and truly understanding why we believe in Jesus and what He does for us are key! Let us say yes to the small things, as those are the moments we build our faith and trust and are foundational for the hard times! Never forget we are not alone, and God is near!

Tonight, we tackled "Trusting God in the Midst of the Unknown." We pondered how we'd react if we knew our life's journey in advance. Why do we struggle with trust? Remember, God has a purpose for us (Jer. 29:11). The unknown helps us grow in faith (Heb. 11:1-12). Surrender control, trust His plan, and watch His promises unfold (Rom. 8:28). God's timing is perfect—pause and be still (Eph. 3:1). Reflect on your relationship with Him. Are distractions pulling you away? Align your desires with His will (Psalm 37:3-4). Our homework: Acts 5:38-39. 

Reflection: "Lord, I trust Your will and timing. Your plans for me are perfect."

Hey J-Fam! Tonight, we delved into the art of resolving conflict biblically. Conflict may arise when our principles clash, but as believers, we're called to do good unto all, especially our fellow believers.

In Ephesians 4:29-32, we're reminded of the importance of forgiveness and edifying one another through our words and actions. Let's be quick to listen, slow to speak, and seek resolution without seeking vengeance.

Unresolved conflict can spread discord and hinder our community's blessings. But through prayer, listening to the Holy Spirit, and acting in love, we can foster unity and peace.
